Tortus- to boost your survivability

Skill Order

Bind Weed (Q)- Get at level 3, 12, 13 & 14
Tinder Touch (W)- Get at level 1, 4, 5 & 7
Stonebark Shield (E)- Get at level 2, 8 , 9 & 10
Natures Fury (R)- Get at level 6, 11 & 15

What You Should Start With

Boots, Clarity Potion, Health Elixir and Clarity Stone

Now this is where things get a little different, I have some custom items which will lead to some slightly different so bear with me if its a bit off the norm for you!

Clarity Potion, Health Elixir and Clarity Stone

These are my starting 3 items always unless our team has a very specific plan for early game.

Clarity Stone provides me with 2.6 Mana regen which is very effective with my aggressive playstyle and allows to me to manipulate the games high regen rate for my own evil purposes (insert evil laugh here). Its a simple item and will later build into my first completed item Crystalline Shiv. I will explain further in the core items build.
Clarity Stone Cost: 805g
Clarity Potion Cost: 50g
Health Elixir Cost: 120g

Either before or after your Crystalline Shiv , depending on how your lane is progressing gold wise, you should get your Tier 1 boots. They are a fantastic item if you cant quite survive and are having trouble harassing or surviving harass

Core Items/Late Game

Now that we are hitting Mid/Late game we are gonna start bringing the pain! This is where, at least my Lady Tinder build, takes off really hard in the offensive and ill explain why below!

My final build looks like this:

Rune Boots, Crystalline Shiv, Blessed Orb, Windrush, Archmages Ring, Power Conduit and Wizard's Hourglass

These items, in my opinion, provide me with the best damage/survivability ratio possible and the extra cooldown reduction really brings out the support of Lady Tinder.

Ill start with Crystalline Shiv! I run my Crystalline Shiv slightly different than the stock one. I created mine with the Clarity Stone and one Power Shard, this provides me with the mana regen that I need for the harass I impose. Crystalline Shiv's item ability is that it will grant you bonus power and mana regen depending on the % of your hp. So this in turn STACKS with my mana regen I put on it to give me 4.5 mana regen at full HP in combat, which is incredible. Some may say why not just get the extra mana instead because regen is useless but I couldn't disagree more. Although the HP regen is currently fairly weak in my opinion the mana regen gives you the ability to quickly switch in and out of fights and remain at a sustainable mana level where you aren't useless to your team, especially as a support/utility role.
Cost: 1920g

My second I get is Blessed Orb, this is my second custom item that I use. Although the Blessed Orb has as good stat build I found that the health it gave was a bit too much and traded it for raw Power. The items I used to craft it were Health Shard and  Power Crystal. This gives me a massive power increase along with the item's Power stacking my power to 47.2.. This boosts my heals and shield greatly and then the Blessed Orb's item ability is that it boosts my Heals and Shield another 16.2%. This stacks together for a great boost in damage capabilities and supporting abilities.
Cost:1920g

By now you should have your full boots which will be (if everything is going well)  Rune boots. These boots will grant you good movement speed with a great added bonus of an activatible ability that restores 30% of your max HP and max Mana over 3 seconds. The only down side to this is that it will stop restoring you if you take damage within those 3 seconds. I mainly use this to help recover after a fight and I have quite often used it, while being chased, with my Tortus Heal for a crazy health increase and the extra mana will give you back your abilities to survive or turn the tide of battle.
Cost:1665g

The next two items are situational. I tend to lean to always getting Windrush because of the massive boost in speed its ability active gives as well as its stats. The boost goes to everybody in a (too) wide range around you to all of your teamates and can quickly change a fight or a chase into your favor.
Cost: 1950g

Archmage's Ring is a fantastic ring that when activated grants mana to your teamates around you. My only problem with it is if im not playing with friends or a team I tend to avoid it unless the characters picked really need it or things are not going in our favor in teamfights. This is why, even if its a great item, I call it situational.
Cost:1920g

Power Conduit is a MUST GET item for your late game build. Some may choose to get it even earlier if you are having a great game but general I find I get this around the 30 minute mark and will do great things. Power Conduit will grant you 20% of your max mana over 5 seconds upon killing OR assisting with a kill of an enemy hero. This is absolutely amazing for late game for obvious reasons. The amount of power/ealth and mana it gives you as well are a welcome boost to your stats as you will start to notice your health being lower.
Cost: 5545

Wizard's Hourglass is a great item that increases your power and decreases your cooldowns. It will also provides a good HP boost and mana regen for those late game long fights.
Cost:4645
