Offensive DPS Crit Monk Build Guide in Ragnarok 2 Online

Posted on 15:52 by nat
Credits: Full DPS Crit Monk [Introduction, Stats, and Guide] by pollenpetal

Before reading this guide, please avoid bias posts. This is an alternate build that I am trying to attain. And so far so good I'm doing good in both dungeons raids, quests and as a tank at the same time.

Monk - Basically, Monks are tanks. Yup I said it, but only at first. Monks have the tendency to do large quantity of damage, with Furys of combos, hilarious defenses with Steel Body, Iron Palm and Protection Ki. Cool skills such as Throw Spirit Spheres that boost your damage to your target, Ki Explotion that gives + 30% attack, Lightning Walk that enables you to teleport to your enemy and deals decent damage, and Asura Strike, one of devastating skill that has the highest damage in RO2. I know there's a lot of arguments regarding the Monk build so I am sharing my point of view to you guys.

In RO1, Monk/Champ/Sura can 1 hit you, so just to remind you again this is not RO1, here in RO2 Monk have high HP and defenses, often uses as a tank. They cannot kill an enemy with a 1 hit of an Asura Strike but if you will look at the bright side that they can deal good combos. That is where I am focusing on.

I was inspired by this guy that I saw on youtube, I don't own the video.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0M116H6qpU

Acolyte:

Holy Light - MAX THIS

Heal - This is an important skills too when you are starting as an aco. You can max this out

Lex Divina - For me this is an important skill to begin as a monk, Long range that can lure your target monster to avoid aggressive ones. It can kill a target when its HP is bellow 26%. MAX THIS

Oratio - A good skill for me, I Maxed it out, but its up to you.

Renovatio - This is my survival triumph card. MAX THIS

(Alternatively you can go full support at the beginning)

Reminder: Upon changing job as a monk, your SKILLS will be reset. NOT your Stats.

Target Stats Build: 33/33/32 STR|INT|AGI

Monk:

Throw Spirit Sphere - I also thought of this, but I realize this only gives 10% damage boost even upon Maxing it out. Leave it at lvl 1.
Sum Spirit Sphere - Leave it at lvl 1, Since you are focusing on combos, Instead of resetting your cool down and using Asura Strike skill, combos with crits can do MUCH more LARGER damage in 2 minutes.

Shout - Taunt the enemy to make them attack you. Leave it to lvl 1.

Earth Shaker - Deals damage to surrounding 3 enemies. MAX this.

Iron Palm, Stone Skin, and Protection Ki - You wont be bullied when you have this. Leaving Protection Ki at lvl 1 since your a DPS right?

Quadruple Palm, D.Grand Collapse,Iron Mountain Attack - MAX THIS 3.

Lightning Walk - Teleport you to the target from a 20m distance and deals damage. Max this for a better cooldown too.

Ki Explotion - Gives +30% damage in 30 sec, 60 second cooldown. Well?

Asura Strike/ Guillotine Fist - Deals huge damage and stun the target for 3 second.

Flee -Gives 20% Flee, since you are an AGI type monk this will boost your dodge big time!

Leveling Tips:

25- 30
Make sure you have Stone Skin, and Iron Palm maxed out, put Earth Shaker too and you will be a good tank to begin with. You need to do this to survive. Use cards that gives good VIT like Merman(I forgot) Card to increase your HP.

31-40
Having a good Combos far so good, but don't forget you still have a long way to reach lvl 50. Use or gather Miho card, It gives good stats and high VITs. Lightning Walk and Throw Spirit Sphere will come in handy here.

41-50
Begin to start putting AGIs now. Maxing out Explotion Ki, Asura and Flee. Get good gears that gives Vigor, Haste and Hit rate. Use runes and cards that gives AGI stats.

Balanced STR, INT and AGI. Good Parry and Dodge Rate. Decent Attack Power but can deal a good critical damage to the target.

Full Support Priest Build Guide in Ragnarok 2 Online

Posted on 09:34 by nat
Credits:[Guide] In-depth Full Support/Max healing skills Priest by Ryogure

Hello everyone,

Welcome to this little guide I'm making in order to answer some of the usual question I have been seeing in-game lately related to the keeping-your-party-alive-class.
Please feel free to leave any feedback and comment. Questions are also welcomed and I will try to answer them as soon as I can.

Beware! This is pretty TL;DR, but is worth it!

1.STATS

This build tries to make the best out of every single healing skills, but at the same time, will try to give you a little more sustain than usual.
This is why the build you will be using by level 50 is 45 INT 33 AGI 10 VIT base.

Focus on getting your INT to 30 first then move into adding VIT to 10, after this, switch back into adding INT then once you hit the 45 INT mark, start adding AGI.

Why adding AGI so late you may ask?
Even though AGI plays a really important role on critical heals, until later on in the game, there will no be extreme situations that depends on the amount of healing AGI can add to your criticals, Coluceo Heal will work in those cases meanwhile.

2.SKILLS - HEAVILY UPDATED (May 8 - 2013)

Acolyte phase (Lvl 1~24)

First of all, skip maxing healing spells at first since it will be high unlikely that you will party until around level 20 when you reach the Wolf Cave dungeon.

You should add 1 level into Increase Agility, then 1 point on resurrection, this will unlock Aqua Benedicta. Learn Aqua Benedicta then directly max Aspersio. This along Holy Light (Which will remain forever at lvl 1) will be your main combo during all your stay in this character. By when your character is level 6, you will have gotten all these skills.

The combo is simple: Caste Holy water (Common mistake: Holy water doesn't summon items on your inventory, is just 3 energy loads on your Aco left side):
Aspersio consumes 1 Holy Water when casted, and you can use one Aspersio each 20 seconds, 3 Aspersios can be casted during the coold down of Holy Water so they perfectly Sync. Aspersio will make your Holy Water and your healing spells (Not your regen skills such as Renovatio or Sanctuary even though for this last one it has an added effect likea short extra Blessing) to deal critical hits and higher damage/healing, so the combo will always go around like this:

Holy Water-Aspersio-Spell(x3 if it is heal or holy light)-Aspersio-Spell(x3)-Aspersio-Spell(x3)-Holy Water and so on.

This will be your may combo for... forever.

By lvl 7, learn Renovatio (Is a 11 seconds regen which you can caste over yourself or your party members) and for the next levels, max it. Just after you are done casting the 3 spells with Aspersio effect there will be a window of 5 seconds of no Aspersio effect, use these seconds to keep Renovatio over yourself, this way you will not use ANY kind of pot at all. Seriously. Renovatio will keep your health full all the time and Holy Water will keep your SP filled.

Now go back and max Heal, add one level to Meditatio and max Highness Heal.

By now you will have all the skills you need for your Acolyte era and you should stock up the points. You will become a Priest with 5 points on yourself.

About Blessing: Yes, you will need this maxed later, I don't consider you need it early and those stocked up points will be of a lot of help, keep further reading.

Priest phase (25-Max lvl)

Remember those points I made you stack? Well, right after you are done with your job change (For people who doesn't know is in the usual place: Prontera church at Lvl 25) get Sacrament Lvl 3, Coluseo Lvl 1, Lvl 1 Assumptio and when you get another level get Lvl 1 Sanctuary. This way you will have a head start when it comes to healing as a Priest, sacrificing just the blessing effect for a few more levels. These spells are extremly handy for the dungeons you will have to do in the 25~30 way (Such as Sea God). The next 2 levels focus on maxing Sacrament THEN move into maxing blessing. Done with blessing? Move into maxing Coluceo and Assumptio, one point per level on each to keep them balanced. By the point you have these two skills maxed, max Sanctuary and finally move your last points into Gloria Lvl 3, Recovery lvl 1, Suffragium Lvl 1 and Angelus Lvl 1

By when you reach Max lvl your skills will look like this:

Some questions you may have:

Why Suffragium just level 1?
We made calculations in other topics and the benefits from that skill are just not worth the points, 2% from it's level 1 is more than enough on a full healer, really.

Why maxing Sanctuary and not Angelus ?
Even though Sanctuary is pretty situational (Can't be used on some bosses since you have to move around a lot or can't stand in the same place) I highly belive the benefits are way better than those given by Angelus (Short duration effect, high cooldown) and Assumptio has a better effect on making the tank survive on raids, while not everyone will be needing blessing at the same time, you can consider sacrificing Gloria points and move them into Angelus if you want, but I prefer the permanent effect of Gloria on me. If you are skilled enough Sanctuary can even become a great savior on extreme situations. In fact, this build considers VIT as a very important stat because of Sanctuary. With 1.4k+ M. Attack, Sanctuary can heal 1.6~1.8k per heal, amazing isn't it?
It does make static bosses a breeze (Which you will face a lot while doing RHD).

In close combat bosses it does wonders, example:

Why maxing coluceo?
Coluceo is your panic button, it will save your tank or a party member extremly easily, and at max lvl, is just 3 minutes cooldown. Is wonderful, you can't afford people dying with a resurrection skill that has 45+ mins cooldown.

3.LEVELING

There's not many tricks around leveling a priest, but here are a few tips:
-Do all your quests, storyline and sidequests, just skip dungeons that you cant find a party later on.
-Use your combo properly, as I listed it on the skill section, is the fastest way you can kill, if you don't do it, you will kill even slower.
-Try to get a partner, if you are lucky enough someone will help you on early level, if not, you will be fine, but slower. Don't get frustrated over it.
-Don't get too obsessed with farming early game: that's not the purpose of your class, the higher your class is, the better healer you will be. Focus on leveling then you can do all the mats farming you want easier (Since better equip means better Holy light damage).
-Always do your Kharas that gives zeny and exp. You can skip the item drop kharas, but make sure you always do all your exp kharas, it does helps a lot.
-Use monster busters. Yes, little exp, high cost, then why? Because every single exp point cost and if you happen to have to fully solo, it will make up for the lack of partner (Since no partner means killing slower, which means slower exp). But be careful: just do buster that will complete along the completition of a normal quest. There's no point in doing busters by themselves.
-Keep your Khara titles always up to date with the map starting on lvl 30. Do at least one of the field bosses title khara of your current map, so your stats will not fall behind.
-Skip dungeons if you don't find a party. Except for Wolves Cave and Izlude Cave, dungeons will not interfere with your questing or leveling. Yes, they are nice exp boosts, but you will gain the same amount of exp in the same time if you are leveling on the field.
-Getting a Battle Manual helps, if you can afford it, go ahead. It lasts 24 hours for a 20% of extra exp. And it is playtime not constant time. 2 of them should be enough to get to 50 if you do nothing else than leveling. (Yes, getting a priest to max level by questing+busters is about 50 hours with battle manuals, if not, around 60~70). Battle manual comes from Adventurer's pack on Kafra shop for the cost of 300 points, most of the rest of the stuff is kinda useless for a priest but oh wells.

There's no many secrets besides this, since most quests can't be missed, the game will walk you through them, just do them. Maybe you will have to do some research about some monster locations for some Kharas, but shouldn't be much of a trouble.

4-WHILE IN PARTY

At low level
Keep renovatio over your tank all the time, use heals with Aspersio effect on it carefully.
A common mistake: spamming heal just makes things WORSE. If thing are getting rough and you start spamming heal like crazy all you will do is generate a lot of treat over yourself, making your character get aggroed and everyone dying in the process. Be calm, pay attention to the boss damage and who is it damaging and heal calmly.

At high level
Always make sure that you have blessing on all your party members and Sacrament and Suffragium over yourself.
Renovation goes over the tank as before. Chose wisely when to use Coluceo/assumptio: remember you will have 3 minutes without its power if you do. Tank and you are always the priority when it comes to sacrificing Coluceo. If you are gonna use Sanctuary remember to caste Aspersio aswell to maximize the effect (With 1500 M.Attack this combination can heal 1.6~2k HP!). Once you learn the patern of the boss you are farming you can start casting Assumptio over your tank to protect him a little more. Highness heal is your key for your party survival, dont make the mistake of casting it over yourself, always pay attention to your teamates position and use it wisely. If you are experienced with healing classes in other mmos you should learn all this quickly, if not, is just a matter of practice, don't worry about it and if you are newbie to healing don't worry: just let your party know.

Also: always remember your party members to also use pots, Priests aren't miracle healers, there will be situations were they MUST help the priest job by using a pot. As for you, always remember to check your SP, you usually will not run out of SP but there will be a few situation were is possible to run out of it.

5-EQUIPMENT & CARDS

Equipment:

At low level there's not much to do about it: just use watever you get while killing mobs and questing. Try to get the Payon Dungeon gear (The quest one) it will be good enough to reach lvl 50.

As for level 50 is where the fun beings:

RHD - Goblin Leader:
RHD stands for Random Hard Dungeon (Yes! Now you know what it means when you see people shouting about RHD) these dungeons are just harder versions of the dungeons you are already visited. Every boss you knew now drops a single piece (At least) of the level 50 blue gear each time you kill them, so is all about of doing all of them all the time till you complete the Heart of Black Wind item set. It will be the first set you will need complete if you want to run raids like Baphomet properly.
As for your first level 50 weapon you will want to get the Dissapearing Blessing Mace which is drop by the Goblin Leader (Which also gives the Khara for one of the nicest titles right before the Bapho one!). Each time the Goblin Leader dies, you will get a weapon for lvl 50 with 100% chance, is just a matter of luck and time to get the priest one to pop up (Took me 17 tries, for example).

The Goblin Leader location can be seen in the screenshot that follows:

Once you are done with this gear there's not much to add: move into raids such as Baphomet, get their titles and sets, and well, you will be all geared up and good to go to do watever you want in the game.

Cards:

The cards has to be a combination of AGI-INT-VIT with VIT being the highest stat on it at least.
A nice low level card is the Brown Rackuf Card.

Once at level 50 you have to move into trying to get Poisona cards (Scratch Thief Card also works but is no better than Poisona):

After this, well, enjoy fusing and farming ultra rare ones such as Fatal Mesmerizing Ramos Card.

Jewelry:

The only secret that comes with Jewelry is knowing which kind to use: Get Hit/Vigor/Haste stated ones, ignore Parry/Dodge ones.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All this information should be enough to guide you through to the process of becoming a full healer priest, if you feel like something is incomplete, want further info into something or got any question feel free to ask it here.

PvE Knight Build Guide in Ragnarok 2 Online

Posted on 06:44 by nat
Credits: TakeoTakeda's Guide to be a Knight in RO2

WHAT IS KNIGHT?

The identified "Main Tank" of RO2,Knights fight in close combat and are heavily suited in strong armor.Once ordained as an honorable Knight they become members of the Knights of Prontera where they can learn powerful skills."For justice and Honor!" is the cry Knights use for discipline as they try to become a good role model for others.A Knights superior strength in foundations and leadership is a tremendous asset to the Kingdom of Prontera.

Oh oh, so basically , Knight is a tank! so what STATS should I go for????
*NOTED that there's no ACTUAL stats for Tank, since vit is pretty much useless unless your want to see your HP higher than anyone (slightly). But I recommend either this 3 stats:

40 str
40 agi
8 vit

40 str
30 agi
rest vit

*this build if you think you don't need any HP boost*
41 str
41 agi

STR - increase your Phy. attack and your parry rates
VIT - Increase your HP
AGI - Increase your dodge rates and critical rates.

The only stat you need to focus is having 40 str at the end of the day. This is because that's the source of your phy. attack! Besides that, what's matter the most is your equipment's bonus stats as they have a big role in boosting your status.

so now I know what stats should I go for, how bout SKILLS?! I don't want to screw up and end up buying scroll skill reset? D:

Preferred Skill Build:
Alternative Skill Build:
Swordman Skill

Bash 5/5
max this skill since it is your everyday skill!

Head Assault 5/5 or 1/5
Max or leave this at lvl 1. your choice!

Provoke 1 /5
aggroing monster. leave it at lv 1

Battle Orders 5/5
need to say more? 10% str baby! max it!

Aura Strike 5/5
Definitely max this. This will be one of your main attack.

Wide Provoke 1/5
just leave it at lv 1. Not as effective as your pots! XD

Armor Aura 5/5
this is a MUST have skill for Knight. 300% agrro, 20% more hp. need to say more? MAX this!

Sword Aura 1/5
lalala~ baka~ leave it at lv 1. lol

Magnum Break 0/5
don't bother spending your precious point here~

Battle Manual 0/5
same as above~

Knight Skill

Aura Mastery 1/3
don't need to level it up. IMHO, you can easily stack up your aura.

Concentration 0/3
a BIG NO-NO. you're a tank, there's no point increasing damage taken. *sigh*

Aura Heal 0/3 or 3/3
max this if you want to heal yourself. Though, I recommend to leave this as 0/3 since even with full epic equipment, it only heals you up to 300 hp.

Shield Charge 1/5

Shield Boomberang 1/5
Just to agro/kite monster. leave this at level 1.

Aura Shield 5/5
Max this. reduce 20% damage taken for 10seconds. will definitely come handy when party dungeon / raiding!

Shield Boomberang Mastery 1/5

Grand Cross 3/3
your one and only AOE skill! max this! XD

Shield Cannon 5/5
the most powerful skill you'll ever have. MAX IT!

Shield Bash 1/5
just leave it at lv 1. This is to knockdown monster for 3 sec. Definitely useful in pvping

Shield Fortress(5/5)
your party buff. works greats!

Well, I know that it's hard when you screwed up with your skill, but hey, no pain no gain!

I've been trying to ask you about ROTATION skill for days already! TELL ME ABOUT IT!? D:
sorry! I was so busy with my upcoming exam and all that . Please don't get mad at me T.T anyway about my skill rotation, here it is!
I start with:

SHIELD BOOMERANG(to kite) / PROVOKE (if you're afraid that the rdps out-dps you and take the aggro themselves) > SHIELD CHARGE > HEAD CRUSH > BASH > AURA STRIKE (if I'm not mistaken you can got 3 aura by this time) > SHIELD BASH > BASH > SHIELD CANNON > BASH > HEAD CRUSH (if it's already 20 seconds, otherwise just continue bash) / SHIELD BASH (if there's no cd, otherwise continue bash) > AURA STRIKE > BASH > BASH > BASH > SHIELD CANNON. and then do whichever rotation you like

So, uhm. another question! how 'bout EQUIPMENT?!

Well, before you're hitting lv 50, I suggest you using any type of equipment. just get some green and blue, here and there.  When you're lvl 50, try to join Hard Dungeon Mode for cool blue equipments and Raids (PVP arena and Bapho raids) for epic equipment!.

ONE LAST QUESTION! I saw there's card slot in my character's screen. what does it do and what CARD should I put in those slot?

In a recent interview with GRAVITY Co., Ltd. CTO Jin-soo Jun, it was revealed that the card system will indeed be making a comeback, but this time the cards will be attached to the character instead of individual items. The reason for this change is the fact that in Ragnarok Online many rare items were often overshadowed by low level items socketed with powerful cards. This made the inherent abilities in rare items a lot less relevant, and it proved to be a limiting factor when making new content. [3] Furthermore, in Ragnarok Online, many players had trouble obtaining these cards because they were too rare. To counter this issue GRAVITY Co., Ltd. implemented cards in ranks of bronze, silver, and gold. Therefore a gold card will be difficult to obtain, whereas the bronze card will be relatively common. This new system had then been modified in the "Limited Edition Test" so that instead of bronze, silver, and gold cards, there will be regular and special cards. By combining 5 of the same card, players will be rewarded with a special version of that card which will further increase its stats. Once a player has the maximum amount of cards equipped, you must destroy one of the equipped cards to replace it with a new one. Replacing a special card with a new one will result in the card not being destroyed, but sent back to your inventory instead. (resources from Wikipedia)

Well, basically those card slot are for used to boost your stats. at lv 1, you have 1, at lv10, you'll have 2 slot and so on.

Here's some of the cards that work great for warrior:

Ancient Assassin Card (I don't remember the stats. but it add your str/agi and vit if I'm not mistaken)

Snatcher Raiders Card
str +6
agi +6
int +6
wis +6
vit +17

Garbong card
STR +9
agi +9
vit +9
int +6
wis +3

Top Eleven Tips and Tricks [A Guide to Being the Top Soccer Manager]

Posted on 01:51 by nat
Credits: Top Eleven Tips and Tricks by PricopGeorgeCătălin

About me
You don’t need to follow my example but you can check my performances (Orlova FC). I have one of the best trophys room reporting on my level.

About game
Something what you need to know from the start this is just a game, so it have bugs, errors and others but in time it will become better and better. You can lose easy even if you have better team or as well you can beat a better them.

About topic
I’m gonna share my knowledge about Top11 with you. This is not a professional tutorial and thats why I won’t explain/say about everything. I know it will be boring to read so much but I spent more time writing and I’m sure you didn’t knew all this things and you will find something useful.

FORMATION
Formation is first thing about which you should take care when you are starting to play and it’s one of the most important thing in this game.

How to set formation:
Set formation by your best first 11 players, but there are some rules, to have a normal possesion you should have at least 3 defenders, 2 midfielders (x2 MC recommended), 1 striker and 1 player one each side (left/right).

It’s very possible like at the end your formation to look very strange but as long you have 1 player on both side, 3 defenders and 2 midfielders (x2 MC recommended) and 1 striker, is perfect. I will post an example:
You can say is it don’t make sense or it won’t work but with that tactic and normal players (no 6 stars, special abilities or I don’t know what) at the end of season 8, team achievements was:
Why you should not change your tactic?
A lot of players are changing their tactic against other players and they are fails, you need to know when you are changing your formation you are losing very much and there is no formation who can beat an other one, clear. First of all if you are this type of manager you will need to buy more players, then changing players very often you won’t give them opportunity to grow normal, more games on substitution bench it’s mean less skill points so a weaker team also their moral will decrease much faster and you will need to use more boosters from game to game and this can be a big problem.

Keeping same formation for all season, will not guarantee that you will win all games but you won’t need to use so many boosters, you don’t need to many substitutions and your first 11 will become better from a game to an other one.

TACTIC
Tactic is the second thing which you should take care after you finished with your formation, there are a lot of types and you can switch them easy from a game to an other one.

How to set tactic:
I see a lot of players are changing their tactic from a game to an other and I will never understand why, for me is just a lot of wasted time, I’m using same tactic for 8 seasons and really check my trophys room is pretty awsome.

Arrows are very great tool. To activate them click on a player and you will have red and blue arrows, you can use them because it will make your players to go more in attack or in defense, simply use blue for all defenders and red for midfielders and strikers and avoid to give red arrows to defenders, as long you are not playing against Internationale Milano and you don’t have Gareth Bale to run like crazy along side and score.

Orders are “important” for some, but like I said I didn’t changed them from level 1 and for me its worked very good, maybe it won’t be same for you but in my oppinion dosen’t metter on your team you need to play on attacking if you want to win. This are my settings, ofcourse you don’t need to play with them.
Auto-substitutions is one of the most important tool and you should use it for sure, is very good for players who have only 1 player on side, because in case of injured you will lose all ball possesion, in case of red card, pray to God or Budha. Even if you don’t have a player for that part, just put somebody still is better then nothing.

Penalty taker’s order is something what can help you especialy if you have a player with special ability, but if you don’t one set the player who have the most points on attack.
Free-kick taker’s order is very important because you are getting 1,2 or even more chances per game. Here is again same story like on penalty, if you don’t have a player with special ability, set for this the player who have the most points on attack.

Corner-kick taker’s order is much easier as long is pretty easy to find a player with this special ability but if you don’t have it, check your midfielders and strikers to see who have the most points on passing that one should be the best.
(or set your GK and don’t worry he don’t need to run 100+ metters back, he can teleport)

Captain’s order is not giving you anything so you don’t need to care about it, but if you really want, put the oldest player, try to make him more happy before he retire.

Others: Training is something what you should not abuse, also don’t train your players if they are low then 75% fitness, is very important when you start a game like your players to have a very good procent of fitness. Don’t train main players during the season if is not necessary, but you can train substitutions every day without problems, ofcourse you risk to get injured players.

Others: Skill Points, are rewards after a game or training so try to use them wisely, for defenders give all points only to defense for midfielders and strikers give all points to attack, avoid to learn new possitions or special ability because is very hard and more then sure you won’t be able.

Others: Friendly games are very good if you attempt to collect some boosters or moneys, but like on training you risk to injure them.
Others: Fitness & Moral, this two should be always or how much often on maximum if you want your team to perform very good.

Others: Win bonus is very important if you want your team to play better or this is what Nordeus told me, to set go to finances then to tickets & bonuses and in left-down part of screen you have win bonus. If you have moneys try to give them full.

Others: Tickets price, should not be on maximum, try to find exactly the best amount because is depend from team to team, start with a low price around 6 and add 1 dollar if you see if you full stadium. Is important to have full stadium because you are winning 5% ball possesion.

Others: Watch games if you can, don’t run from school, work or let your girlfriend to wait for you outside in -20 grades because maybe she will find somebody else to “heat”. You are taking 8% ball possesion for that and 2% for each friend, but you can’t have more then 15%. Also you can manage better your team.

FINANCES
Here enter, moneys and tokens, the bad/good part is you can’t cheat or use game in your advantage, there is some way to cheat moneys and is working but is only temporary and if you will use that moneys, after you reload application you risk to be on minus with moneys.

TOKENS
Is not so easy to collect them and you can lose then very easy so you always need to be careful what are you doing with them. If you want to buy some emblem or jerseys, don’t do that from your main account, you can create 1 or 100 accounts and send to you how many emblems and jerseys you want but don’t do it from your account, this way is not against the rule so is 100% legit and 1% fair play but why we should care about that.

How to get tokens:
I will explain you more ways to get tokens, how you spend them is your job and if you are on same server with me, I hope you will lose them fast and you won’t get anything for them.

TV Rights are the first who bring to you tokens for free, at the start of the game you need to sign some contract, here depend on you which one is more flexible for you, I’m using second one. There are 4 types of contract NORDEUS, SPEED, TOPKERS(aka Snickers) or TOPOFONE (aka Vodafone). Only first 2 deserve so you need to think which one is better for you. NORDEUS is very good if you can’t come daily, duration is 10 days and you can get 28 tokens in one season, next one is SPEED and the best if you can log everyday, same like on SPEED duration is 10 days but you can get up to 35.
Win Tokens. You can win some tokens for free by completing free offers, watch videos, download games/programms or other tasks. If you want check click on BUY TOKENS and then you should have more offers and there you can find more providers from where you can get tokens for free or contra-cost.

Refferal. This is new to game so if you are bored and you want more tokens you can invite your friends, just ask them to click on invitation if they don’t like it they don’t need to pay but maybe some of them will love this game. And if you are very bored and you have time you can create more account and invite yourself, is legit (I think) is working from same IP (for the moment yes) but is not “FAIR PLAY”. PS: You don’t need to care about that.

Donating is the best way to get tokens, ofcourse if you want to spend moneys for this game, you are not forced so you are free to choose. If you buy from your mother or father card, better take a big amount of tokens, anyway you will have problems after that and at least you will have more tokens.

MONEYS
Moneys have the same importance as tokens, maybe at the start you won’t need to many, especialy after level 1 when you will be in cup versus teams who are level 20 and you will get few milions per game and for a player you several hundred K, but when you will go more far in level, moneys from Competition won’t help you to much so you need to know how to sell your players.

How to get moneys:
There are more ways here to get moneys, first you are taking from sponsorship contracts. The best contract is NORDEUS but you need to log daily so here is same, you know how often you can log so depend on you, but if you can log daily choose NORDEUS or try Env (aka Envato).

Ticket sales. You can set prices for 3 competitions, don’t set for all same. At friendly games you won’t have so many so try to set some small price, in league should be somewhere at middle and in CL it can be a bit more expensive, but here you need to check which is the best for each one, select a price and if you see your stadium is full, add 1 more dollar to see if it will be again full and try to find the best price but at the same time to have full stadium to don’t lose ball possesion.

Selling players. This is the most important part for moneys and from where you should get the most. The best moment to sell players is after 6,7 PM when the most are online and at the end of the season, don’t wait till season is end and then to sell them at the start, because their price will go low very much because they are 1 year older.

Free contract players. You can also search on transfers market players who have an (F) where is price, they are free so all what you need to pay is their contract, you don’t need to pay other moneys but yes you will need to pay tokens to so be careful don’t give on them more then 1 token.

Buy moneys. If you have to much tokens and you don’t know what to do with them you can buy moneys but is not such a good idea for exemple at my level 8 with 45 I can buy 40 millions but with 45 tokens I can buy as well easy 30 players out of contract and I can sell them with 4,5 millions, this is more then 120M so it’s more then 3 times.

TRANSFERS
Maybe the best part of this game are transfers, I will show you some tricks about how you should bid and when, maybe in time I will make some video of buying players.

Date: The wrost and the best is at the start of the season when everybody is looking for players, but is important from you to buy good players for the new season as soon as you can.
Time: This is very important and you should know when is good to bid and when is good to avoid. The best time is in the morning when there are not so many players online, around 6-8 is the best but even like that you can find somebody who have a lot of tokens, things like this can happen all the time.

Connection: If you have a bad or not such a good internet connection avoid to bid in last second a small delay can make you to lose a player very easy.

Others: Less tokens: A lot of players are bidding with 1,2 tokens and then they are crying because they don’t have any chance so avoid to bid if you don’t have at least 5 or more tokens.

What you need – you need to avoid!
Is good to avoid players with special ability and young players but this is what you need more too so check to see how many players bid for him before and wait how much you can, if is possible till less second on initial round.

What you should buy is what you need to avoid but here depend on you, on how many tokens you have and how much you want to risk.

What you need to know before!
The point is to buy young players, players with special abilities or players who are close to become an other level (new star). But with all this there are a lot of players much better, who maybe they look weaker on general quality but on their post they can be equivalent of a 6,7 stars player, take a look on next pictures and you can see how a 58 quality player can be better then a 59 quality player on their position.
FACILITIES
It can play an important role in your career and for your team. First try to upgrad stadium and then start with facilities but start with what you need more and let for the end facilities like SCOREBOARD or LIGHTS.

Stadium: its very good and it help you to get faster moneys, plus is look very nice to have a big stadium.

Seatings: it won’t help you to much and at the end you will need to pay more and you will wait more time so if you want to upgrade them don’t do it, upgrade stadium.

Pitch: this is very important and it reduce the number of injured players

Lights: are just visual so let them for the end, the best part is you don’t need to pay electricity for them.

Medial: yes this is something proprietary, especialy when you have so many injured players.

Utilities: you are not winning to much moneys with this so you can let it for end but anyway is more important then Lights or Scoreboard.
Parking: is pretty important and is increasing the number of your fans and if you have a great car like Bumblebee from Transformers you can meet Megan Fox.

Training: is important too and it’s helping you to improve your players.

U-21: is good only for selling this young players who you will get, you can make some nice moneys with them but is bad that you are taking only few 2 or 4 during of 1 season.

END
Like I said at the start this is how I see the game, others don’t see like me, some of them think they are Ferguson (from Manchester United), Mourinho (C.F Real Madrid) or Kim Poulsen (from national of Tanzania).

Thank you for your time!

Pure PvP Light Fury Build and Strategy Guide in Dragon Nest [T4]

Posted on 05:17 by nat
Credits: [Pvp-Guide] Abyss Walker & Light Fury Pvp Mini-Guide by malonee

Introduction:

The main purpose of this guide is to give you an idea of what a Bringer is capable of doing in PvP, help you build your own pure-PvP-build and maybe help you find one or two combo ideas.
I wouldn't really consider myself a "extremely good" let alone a "pro" pvp player, so don't expect the best and most creative combos in here.
Eventhough i do play group PvP from time to time i'm mainly a 1vs1 player, so my builds will obviously be inclinded towards 1vs1.
Light Fury:

Eventhough Light Fury lacks the utility advantages of Abyss Walker's EX skill it's still a really powerful and fun to play class in PvP!

- Pros (compared to Abyss Walker):
  • More challenging than Abyss Walker (can be counted as a contra aswell)
  • More ranged skills (actually only one namely Sunshine Spark)
  • Once your enemy got hit by Sunshine Spark he can't avoid the damage debuff (except with cure i assume)
  • Bigger AoE and more damage on Ring Strike
  • Better support (again, support skills are pretty crappy in pvp)
- Cons (compared to Abyss Walker):
  • More challenging / harder to use / less beginner friendly
  • Missing utility from pre-LoD skills EX versions (mainly Night Explosion EX's suction)
  • Weaker damage on the pre-LoD skills (due to the missing EX damage boost, not that much weaker tho)
  • It's harder to hit with Ring Strike EX compared to LoD EX
  • Longer casting animation on Sunshine Spark compared to Night Fall (but therefore big explosion AoE that launches enemies)
Skill build:
The remaining SP can be put anywhere to fit your needs. (You could also remove SP from Shadow Focus if you want to).
Personally i recommend (and will most likely get myself:)
1SP on power tumble,

15SP Plasma Burst,
rest on HoC or CoE (can't decide yet, i'll see which one i use more often (especially in group pvp) and decide then, you could keep Plasma Burst at 1 and get both if you want a full support build tho)

Assassin-Tree:

"Why Piercing Star and not Edged Fan?"

I'm not sure whether i really need to explain this but i'll do it anyway.
In my opinion Piercing Star is a way better choice compared to Edged Fan in PvP because of various reasons.
It has a wider range and it's easier to get "full hits" with it.

At lvl 6 you will be able to shoot two piercing stars right after eachother, at lvl 11 it's 3.
(Every star has a cooldown of 8seconds but compared to other skills you can "stack" them aka if you wait 8seconds you will be ablte to shoot one star, if you wait 16seconds two and after 24seconds 3. If you have 3 Stars "charged" and use one you will have to wait another 8seconds to be able to shoot 3 again (but you can still shoot the ramining 2 without waiting) etc.)

Piercing Star's range is INSANE. You can hit enemies on the other side of the map (provided you aimed right and they don't move out of the spot you aimed on). Which you wouldn't be able to do with Edged Fan.

It's flinch is pretty nice aswell making it a great range-combo starter or a nice skill to "keep enemies away" or to cancel their buffs.
If you shoot a second Piercing Star right after the first one, your enemy will get flinched by the first one and grounded by the second (ofc assuming he gets hit by both).

The damage is okay, one Piercing Star hits harder than both hits of an Archer's Twin Shot together.

The only downside is it's linear range and that it's rather hard to aim, which shouldn't be a problem for any experienced Archer-User.
And afterall it's still easier to hit with 3 Piercing Stars compared to get a nice amount of hits with Edged Fan in PvP.

Everything else in the Assassin-Tree is pretty much self-explanatory (and can be adjusted to fit your personal needs).

Bringer-Tree:

Light Fury Tree:

Outbreak can be a useful filler especially to continue your combo on grounded enemies once you're out of skills to use or to get close.

Everything else till Ring Strike is just prereq. to get Ring Strike.
Chakra of Energy is left at 1 just because the heal in PvP is awful and pretty much useless. (4% on lvl17)
And i didn't get HoC for the same reason, it's heal is pretty much useless (1.6% per pulse on lvl 13) (the time it'd take to heal you up to a reasonable amount is just way too long aka you won't use it too often in group pvp let alone in 1vs1 or ladder).

Ring Strike

A really good skill in pvp, nice damage and once you hit your enemy they're pretty much trapped inside of it.

I left it at lvl1 simply because the damage growth in PvP is just awful, in addition to that it's pretty hard to get alot of hits (you'll end up only hitting with the "last explosion" quite often).
The damage difference between a lvl1 and lvl11 Ring Strike is only 100 per hit, which isn't bad if you manage to get alot of hits often.
But compared to the damage growth of other skills you'd need to get at least 8Hits (mostly even more) just to get on par with the damage growth of those other skills with which it's easier to hit aswell.

Nevertheless Ring Strike is still a pretty awesome skill in PvP and a really good combo filler.
It hits ~600+ per Hit at lvl 1 which is good enough already (you can even get up to 20+ Hits).
Hence, investing more SP into it isn't really needed (+ a waste of potential damage since as i said, it's not easy to get alot of hits and even if you do, other skills which are easier to hit with have a better damage growth).

Ring of Energy

A pretty OP ultimate, super high SA (not even an acrobat's ED could cancel it) which makes up for it's long "charging time".
It also has a pretty long range and decent damage aswell and it's definitely better than Dark Conviction in PvP.

Can be left at 1.

Shared Tree

Spectral Gaze

Spectral Gaze is a really great skill in PvP. It's casting time is rather fast and it can launch enemies making it a nice combo starter and filler. It can also block them which might come in handy aswell.

Chakra Cure

Personally i believe you don't really need Chakra Cure in PvP.
It's useless against the two most signficant debuffs (aka Freeze and Time Stop) (never tested on Time Stop but i assume it works the same as when you're frozen, aka not at all)
Which COULD be a bug since you can use it when you're frozen, it just won't break the ice (eventhough the skill will get on cooldown).

The only time it is really useful is against clerics (to cure their annyoing electro crap) and MAYBE against bowmasters with high lvled bull's eye or other bringers to cure the darkburn.

You don't need it against most other debuffs (like burn, posion or frostbite).
Simpy because they're either not really significant or you just won't have enough time to use Chakra Cure "safely".
(Good luck trying to use chakra cure after an EL's forst wind without getting comboed, i rather tumble there tbh)

But SOMETIMES it could find it's uses (aka, after an EL's freezing field or when the EL is about to ignite/shatter etc.) or as mentioned against clerics, and for that it's enough on lvl1 imho.

It's up to you whether you want to max it or not but i believe keeping it on 1 is enough.

Bless of Anja

Bless of Anja is pretty OP in PvP. It boost your light and dark% by the same amount it does in PvE.
The only downsides are it's long cooldown (60seconds), the fact that it's easy to kill for your enemies and that it'll most likely be "softbanned".
(Personally i selfban it anyway, except against runners and people who play cheap themselves. And well ofc in group pvp and ladder)

Summon Shadow

Summon Shadow might be one of your best skills in PvE, that doesn't apply to PvP tho.
Instead of 2 you will only summon 1 shadow, it's not that hard to kill, the summon duration isn't long AND it's damage isn't great either.

It's not bad to distract your enemies etc. tho, but the duration is really short and i believe you could PvP just aswell without it.

It's up to you whether you want to get or not.

Pact of Anja

Your most OP summon in PvP, it deals insane damage and continuously spams your enemies.
Same downsides as Bless of Anja aka long cooldown, can be killed, most likely softbanned.
I'm pretty sure this will get a HP and probably damage nerf in future aswell.
Lvl1 is enough, the damage growth isn't really noticeable.

It only gets 11% more on lvl7 aswell so leaving it at 1 isn't a big loss.

- - - - - - - - - - -

Outbreak EX

The leftover chakraball is really nice in PvP! It has a mini suction effect, can flinch enemies launch them when it explodes and hit grounded enemies which helps you to keep them grounded.
The "backflip" can also be really helpful to dodge or counter skills.

Chakra of Energy EX

The heal is still pretty ****ty (only 3k at 17) but could be helpful.
What makes this skill better than the non-ex version tho is the movement speed buff which can be really helpful (especially in group pvp)

Chakra of Miracle

Weak heal but could still be useable, 3.xy k per heal at lvl 3 (aka ~10k in total).
If you find any better use for the 2sp you could leave it at 1.
Other than that maxing won't hurt (and it could come in handy in ladder or group pvp)

Sunshine Spark

Awesome range, awesome damage, good explosion AoE and the explosion launches enemies.
The only downside is the long animation and traveling time (easy to avoid if you shoot it out from afar, can be cancelled if you use it when you're close).

Night Explosion

Unlike Night Explosion EX the normal Night Explosion isn't that great in PvP. The damage stays medicore and it's rather hard to hit with it if your enemy isn't disabled already.
It's a nice combo filler however and it can launch enemies that get hit.

Keep it on 1 except you manage to hit alot with it and want to squeeze out the maximum damage possible

Gameplay

Again just some pretty basic-combos (nothing special).
Pretty much like Abyss Walker just adjusted with LF skills:
  • Piercing Star > Illusion Strike > > > Shadow Focus
Is a great start for the battle, epsecially for enemies that rush towards you.
If your enemy get hits by Piercing Star he'll get flinched, giving you enough time to hit him with Illusion Strike and burn, ground and already deal nice damage on him (while you're not even close yet).
If he tries to avoid it you can absue his movement or "wasted tumble" to have a easier time hitting with Illusion Strike.
Once you managed to hit him with even just one hit of Illusion Strike he'll be a great target to use Shadow Focus on. Which will blind and launch him and give you enough time to pull of a decent combo.
  • XYZ > Shadow Focus > Sunshine Spark > Ring Strike > Line of Darkness
This is a very powerful combo that can be used after various opening-moves, my favorites are:
Illusion Strike (maybe followed up by spectral gaze in case he's grounded)
  • Plasma Burst > Outbreak EX + rightclick (to jump backwards and cast the chakraball)
  • Night Explosion (harder on LF) > Spectral Gaze (to launch him so you'll be able to hit with Shadow Focus)
Shadow Focus will disable the enemy giving you enough time to cast Sunshine Spark.
Sunshine Spark will deal damage, launch him and debuff him.
Ring Strike for the damage (especially nice cuz it's boosted by Sunshine Spark)
And last but not least Line of Darkness to abuse the damage buff and make it hit even harder and to deal more damage to your enemy ofc.

You could use Line of Darkness first to catch him and follow up with a Ring Strike (especially if he uses Aerial Evasion after getting launched by Sunshine Spark or if he manages to avoid SS completely).

Pure PvP Abyss Walker Build and Strategy Guide in Dragon Nest [T4]

Introduction:

The main purpose of this guide is to give you an idea of what a Bringer is capable of doing in PvP, help you build your own pure-PvP-build and maybe help you find one or two combo ideas.

Eventhough i do play group PvP from time to time i'm mainly a 1vs1 player, so my builds will obviously be inclinded towards 1vs1.
Abyss Walker:

As you probably already heared, Abyss Walker is currently pretty broken in PvP.
And yes, even without his summons he indeed is, so nerfs are just a matter of time.
Nevertheless you might still have some troubles at first, simply because most of his skills have a rather long casting time (at least compared to most other classes) and if you just spam skills randomly you might run out of skills to use pretty fast making you a easy target for your enemy.

- Pros (compared to Light Fury):
  • Easier to use than Light Fury
  • EX skills are PvP-oriented (Night Explosion's suction effect, Plasma Burst's "leftovers" and backflip possibility)
  • More damage on the most important pvp skills (due to the EX damage boost)

- Cons (compared to Light Fury):
  • Less ranged skills
  • Enemies can get out of Night Fall (= damage boost loss)
  • Weaker Ring Strike with smaller AoE
  • Weaker support (not really a big con since support skills suck in PvP anyway)

Skillbuild:

Note: A PvP-Build is something very subjective, so following this blindly without trying the skills out yourself beforhand is definitely not recommended.

This is my personal PvP-build i came up with after doing some damage tests, and it'll most likely change (at least on some parts) sooner or later.
Other people might be more comfortable with different builds which is perfectly fine aswell.
There is no "perfect build" especially not in PvP.
The remaining 5SP can be put into Plasma Burst, Shadow Focus (to make it 15+1).
Pact of Anja or Summon Shadow is possible aswell (but not really recommended)

Skills:

Assassin-Tree:

Abyss Walker Tree

Illusion Strike

Unlike in PvE, this skills is AWESOME in PvP.
Long range, high damage, awesome flinch (it can cancel quite alot of skills and even ground enemies).
In addition to that it burns enemies (=even more damage and the possibilty to use Shadow Focus afterwards)  AND activates your 65passive (=you deal more damage after using it).

Pretty much a must-max skill for PvP imho.

Night Explosion

Night Explosion EX is awesome in PvP!
The suction effect pretty much disables enemies making it a great to combo opener. The damage isn't bad either and you will most likely spam it pretty often. It burns enemies aswell which again enables you to use Shadow Focus right afterwards.

The damage growth isn't really overwhelming but since i spam this skill pretty often and wouldn't know where else to put my SP i decided to up it.

It's up to you whether you want to max it or not you could keep it at 1 just for utility.

The explosion deals ~200+1.6k = ~1.8k on lvl 1 and ~400 + ~2.4k = ~2.4k on lvl 16
not sure how much each of the suction's hits hit but i think it's around 100 on lvl 1 and 200 on lvl 16

Lvl 1 for utility, max to squeeze out the most damage possible

Plasma Burst

Again, just a filler in PvE but a awesome skill for PvP.
It has a pretty nice range (especially if you use it after your double jump), iframes at the rising part (IIRC), you can jump backwards after landing and the damage isn't bad either.
Again a great combo opener and filler and a nice skill to avoid various skills, burns enemies aswell.

It's again up to you whether you want to max it or not.
Personally i chose to max it because i spam it alot and wouldn't know where else to put the SP either, you could keep it at 1 just for utility aswell.

The "explosion" / "landing hit" hits around 2.2k at lvl 1 and around 3.6k at lvl 16.

So again, Lvl 1 for utility, max to squeeze out the most damage possible

Shadow Focus

AND AGAIN! Just a underused filler in PvE, one of your best skills in PvP.
The damage is pretty nice (the first hit hits around 5.xk).
But the best thing is, it blinds enemies that are looking at you when you use it (their screen will be white for around 1-3seconds, never really counted for how long) and also launches/disables them, making them a easy target for your combo.

It doesn't hit grounded enemies so using spectral gaze or night explosion before Shadow Focus on grounded enemies is needed.

You could keep it at 1 just for utility, i prefer to max it for the damage.

Line of Darkness

Just as OP as it is in PvE. Don't really need to say anything.

Dark Conviction

The most uselesss ultimate in PvP i guess, it's really not easy to get alot of hits with it in PvP and every hit will only deal around 3k on lvl1, which isn't overwhelming for a ultimate.

Abyss Walker-Tree:

Night Fall

The only significant difference between lvl1 and lvl9 is the debuff.
It's a pretty nice skill in PvP especially since you can jump away after casting it (by pressing right click), the damage isn't bad either and in addition it even boosts your damage (by 13% on lvl 9)

Again up to you how high you get it.

Dark Incarnation

If you think a 4% dark boost for 10seconds with a 60second cooldown is useful you might wanna get it, other than that you can just ignore it like i did.

Gameplay:

Since Bringers have a bunch of combo possibilities i'll just write down some pretty basic combos pretty much everyone could come up with after a few PvP matches.
  • XYZ > Shadow Focus > Night Fall > Ring Strike > Line of Darkness
This is a very powerful combo that can be used after various opening moves, my favorites are:
Night Explosion
Illusion Strike (maybe followed up by spectral gaze in case he's grounded)
Plasma Burst + rightclick (to jump backwards)

Shadow Focus will disable the enemy giving you enough time to cast Night Fall.
Night Fall will deal damage and constantly hit him making it harder to escape while boosting your damage at the same time.
Ring Strike for the damage (especially nice cuz it's boosted by Night Fall)
And last but not least Line of Darkness to abuse the last seconds of the damage buff of Night Fall and make it hit even harder and to deal more damage to your enemy ofc.

You could use Line of Darkness first and follow up with a Ring Strike (especially if he manages to get out of Night Fall for example).

Instead of Shadow Focus you could also start off with Night Explosion followed by Night Fall aka:
  • Night Explosion > Night Fall > Ring Strike > Line of Darkness
